Any person of the age of 21 (twenty-one) years or over, who owns a registered seaworthy boat that can accommodate the owner on an over night basis, and is of good moral character, shall be eligible for membership in the club and shall be entitled to all the privileges of the club regardless of sex, race, religion, or national origin. At no time will the membership of Conger Bay Boat Club consist of less than fifty-one (51 %) United States Citizens. Before admission to the club, the applicant must file a written, signed application for membership stating that said applicant will read the Club Constitution and By-laws and will uphold and further the rules and aims stated therein. said application will be mailed to Conger Bay Boat Club, along with a non refundable fifty dollar ($50.00) filing fee, and the actual signatures of two members in good standing sponsoring the applicant.
